Radio Killed the Video Star

So, I have my own radio show right now. It's on Fridays from 2-4pm (MST). It is one of those things that I just love doing no matter how crazy or terrible my week has gone. What's not fun about listening to music you love and telling people about how awesome it is? It's also just one of those things that I always wanted to do when I was a kid... add that to the list.

There's just something about being heard by a number of people that I think is the greatest thing on earth... add that to the list of reasons why I want to be a broadcast journalist.

The radio station is great though. Fusion HD3, Utah State University Student Radio. Doesn't that just sound like it's a radio station ready to take hold of you and turn you into a music fiend? I've been working with the station for about the last three years, and when we started we had barely started broadcasting solely over the internet. Now there are over 60 people that are working directly for the station and plenty of people that are finally catching on to what this whole "student radio" thing is all about.

I, of course, recommend that you would listen at some point to the station. It really is different from the majority of stations you would listen to. Just go to radio.usu.edu. I know, very simple, so there's no real reason not to... right?
